Senior Practitioner Membership

If you are a teacher or have higher levels of qualification and specialisation and are advancing your practice in some way, for example, you are an author of published research or a writer; you may apply to join as a BRCP Senior Practitioner.

"At a time when people often have quite a high level of anxiety due to feeling unwell, they want to feel reassured that when they have taken the often difficult step to try a new approach to resolving those health issues, they are being treated by a competent and fully trained person. Membership of the BRCP provides that reassurance."
BRCP Senior Practitioner

All current BRCP Practitioners have the opportunity to upgrade to Senior Practitioner.  If you are not yet a member of the BRCP, you can join as a Senior Practitioner if you fulfil the following criteria:

  1. You have been practising to the standard of a BRCP-registered practitioner
  2. Can provide evidence of five years of continued good practice (normally it’s enough to provide copies of five years’ insurance cover)
