I am a holistic counsellor, certified MSEC* Practitioner.

I offer face-to-face sessions from my office in London and remote sessions worldwide.

As an experienced practitioner, I work with clients to uncover and address the imbalances in their belief system that are causing conflict and preventing them from living a healthy, happy and fulfilled life.

Using psychological strategies and spiritual teachings, I guide clients to draw on their own strengths and find a lasting resolution to these inner conflicts through self-examination and understanding.

This psycho-spiritual approach signposts the way toward living a more authentic life through making conscious choices.

It can be an incredibly rich and transformative process, resulting in clients developing a greater sense of self-awareness and empowering them to make positive changes in their lives: from health, relationships and self-worth to career, financial stability and happiness.
